I think I'll post this without opinion, (at least up here!).
Take it for what it is, folks.
The TSG Poll was taken last Saturday.
From the Charleston Gazette:
TSG Consulting, a political consulting firm with offices in Charleston and Beckley, released a statewide poll showing Clinton with a commanding 40-point lead over Obama, 63 percent to 23 percent. The telephone poll, conducted by Orion Strategies Saturday among 300 Democratic and independent voters, had a margin of error of nearly 6 percent.
Tom Susman, president of TSG, said if that vote holds true on Election Day it would give Clinton 18 pledged delegates to Obama's 10.
Sen. Hillary Clinton is currently having a spectacular lead over Sen. Barack Obama, and if it goes on to 13 May, she may have an outstanding victory in the Mountain State – that’s what the statewide West Virginia Polls indicate.
TSG Consulting/Orion Strategies’ West Virginia Poll conducted on 3 May showed Clinton leading Obama by 40 % points – 63 % to 23 % among West Virginia Democratic primary voters. Conducted on sample size of 300, the poll, with Margin of error: ± 6%, indicated a massive win for Clinton.
Rasmussen’s West Virginia Poll conducted on 4 May showed Clinton leading Obama by 29 % points – 56 % to 27 % among West Virginia Democratic primary voters. Conducted on sample size of 840, the poll, with Margin of error: ± 3.5%, indicated a big win for Clinton.
American Research Group’s West Virginia Poll conducted on 7-8 May showed Clinton leading Obama by 43 % points – 66 % to 23 % among West Virginia Democratic primary voters. Conducted on sample size of 600, the poll, with Margin of error: ± 4%, indicated a hefty victory for Clinton.
